The successful candidate will receive full training, with your CII exam fees taken care of by the company! As a Trainee Financial Advisor, the successful candidate will initially operate on the help desk, dealing with customer enquiries. You'll then shadow fully fledged advisors, supporting them on projects, writing reports and performing account assessments. The successful candidate will train on the job - as they progress they will look to connect with high profile key decision makers that manage large assets.
The successful graduate, as well as obtaining an invaluable footing in the financial sector, will enjoy a social, inclusive atmosphere in a graduate orientated business!
The Role:
- Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its service offering
- Deal with inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Write reports, perform account assessments and shadow advisors in order to support them on projects and assist with your learning
- Contact and develop relationships with high profile individuals that hold large assets
- Complete your CII exams
You:
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team orientated
- A discernible interest in finance
- A mathematical or analytical degree is beneficial, though not essential
