Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a Team Leader - Recovery and Resettlement on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in South-East London.
Kirkwood Road is a supported living rehab centre based in Nunhead SE15 for people with complex mental health needs. The service model has been developed in line with the government’s choice and personalisation agenda. They are now seeking a Team Leader – Recovery and Resettlement with the following skills to join the first line management team:
- Trained to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent with updated learning in the mental health field
- Extensive experience using the Recovery Star in mental health and developing recovery based strategies
- Experience and knowledge in resettlement work and preparing residents for independent living.
- Proven background in managing and supervising staff
You will need to demonstrate that you can build effective trusting relationships, overcome challenges, and foster aspiration and independence with clients. You will work as part of the team and undertake all duties as needed to support day to day living and the smooth running of the service.
