About the job:

Currently we are looking for support workers to work in varying locations around Carmarthenshire, Llanelli and Swansea. We are looking for people who are looking for flexible work. On our agency roles will include supporting individuals with learning disabilities within a residential setting, autism and mental health concerns. If you have a caring attitude and empathy for vulnerable people please be in touch for more information on how you can join our committed team. Your job will be to provide a consistent level of care and support to people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. The role requires a passionate person to support them with their daily routine and most importantly provide an extra smile to their day!

About you:
Applicants must have a 1 year experience in health and social care and access to your own vehicle is desriable. in return you will be rewarded with competitive rates of pay and holiday pay.

Requirements:
As you know to work in social care you need to be able to evidence a minimum of 12 months work experience and ideally hold a care qualification. Your reference details will need to cover a minimum of 2-5 years. You will need to have a current DBS taken out through us or one on the update service.

Pay/Benefits:
The benefits will include double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, pension scheme, 24 hour support 365 days a year, reward and recognition and the potential for a permanent job.
