An effective and proactive sales administrator working in a small team providing support to senior managers within the sales and customer service department

Role profile:      

  • To provide a professional and business-like service to existing and potential customers
  • To efficiently deal with customer enquiries, queries and complaints
  • Processing orders, and ensuring delivery times are met
  • Produce information re products to send to clients
  • Raising returns, collections and credits
  • Key Account and sales force administration
  • Database management and preparation of correspondence
  • Updating prices on the trade and web users

 

 

Person profile:

  • Must have lots of initiative and enjoy administration and customer service
  • Confident person who has the ability to build  long term customer relationships at all levels
  • Excellent telephone manner and Microsoft office skills
  • Hands on approach to work

Essential criteria:

  • Excellent numeracy, written and oral communication skills
  • Good knowledge of ICT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and email

  • Own transport
