An effective and proactive sales administrator working in a small team providing support to senior managers within the sales and customer service department
Role profile:
- To provide a professional and business-like service to existing and potential customers
- To efficiently deal with customer enquiries, queries and complaints
- Processing orders, and ensuring delivery times are met
- Produce information re products to send to clients
- Raising returns, collections and credits
- Key Account and sales force administration
- Database management and preparation of correspondence
- Updating prices on the trade and web users
Person profile:
- Must have lots of initiative and enjoy administration and customer service
- Confident person who has the ability to build long term customer relationships at all levels
- Excellent telephone manner and Microsoft office skills
- Hands on approach to work
Essential criteria:
- Excellent numeracy, written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of ICT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and email
