An excellent opportunity for an Experienced CNC Machinist to Join a well-established company based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire!
The Company:
Originally started in 1962, they have been a family run business ever since, passing down through the years it is now welcoming its third generation.
The company has gone from strength to strength moving to their current building at the old bake house and recently taking on another unit to house their brand-new waterjet cutting machine. As the faces change so does the business with each year bringing newer machinery and techniques ensuring that they can meet their customer’s needs.
The Role:
- Setting and Operating HASS VMC’s / XYZ Proturn Lathe.
- Manual Milling and Turning.
- Taking on other tasks as per business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- A solid background in engineering.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Confident in use of Precision measuring tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week – 8am – 5pm.
In return the company is offering a Competitive Salary between £22,000 and £35,000 Per Annum (Negotiable Depending on Experience and Skill)
