Looking for a new and exciting challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Manager within Supported Living based in Lytham, St Annes
You will be joining an established organisation, one that provides support to Adults and Children with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Physical Disabilities within supported living, extensive support services and home care services.
As a Team Manager your duties will include managing staff rotas to ensure the shifts and times are maintained for 24 hour staff care, communicate effectively with the team for handovers and team meetings, effectively delegate tasks to ensure the needs of the service user is met and effectively coordinate person centred plans whilst liaising with other services as required.
You will be a strong leader with a positive and procative approach, with the ability to work calmly under pressure. Flexibility is essential in this role.
You will hold a minimum Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, hold a full UK driving license with access to your own car. You will ideally have experience working with people with Learning Disabilities.
This is a full time position with a salary of £19,926. Plus 28 days holiday and other exciting benefits.
