Despatch / Order Administrator
Brentwood

A vacancy has arisen in our client’s busy label manufacturer office.

They are looking for a Despatch / Order Administrator to assist their busy Despatch Co-ordinator and Order Entry department.

The ability to multi-task is essential in this position. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, be computer literate, numerate, accurate and generally enthusiastic. Working in a timely manner is key to the success in this position.

The main duties are:

  • Inputting orders onto the system
  • Assisting with Despatch administration
  • Receiving and making phone calls to couriers and transport companies
  • Any other general administration tasks
