Parts Advisor

This dealership is looking for experienced Parts Advisor to work in their multi franchised parts centre in Heathrow.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a franchised parts department and posses a City & Guild certificate Parts 1 & 2 in motor vehicle studies or an equivalent NVQ would be desired for this position.

The successful applicant will be familiar with working in all areas of the Parts Department, have good communication skills, a good telephone manner and be able to identify all their customers' needs both external and internal through the use of computerised stock control and electronic catalogues. Previous Ford and Kerridge experience would be an advantage.

Standard working week is 45 hours Monday to Friday on a locally arranged shift rota and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8 am to 5 pm. Please note Saturday shifts are worked at Heathrow.
