A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Administrative Officer to join The de Ferrers Academy. Reporting into the Senior Vice Principal and Human Resources Officer. The role will encompass all parts of the employee life cycle from recruitment through to exit including absence management, employee relations and ad hoc project work.  It is an exciting opportunity for someone currently in administration or someone wishing to take their next step in HR having ownership of various areas with the support of the Senior Vice Principal and the Human Resources Officer.
