Service Technician - Hertfordshire
Service Technician required by global manufacturing company based in Hertfordshire.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Inspection, diagnostics and repair of all products for monitoring
• Customer support for monitoring products via phone or email
• QA inspection and test of all new products
• Assisting with trials
• Site surveys and installations as required
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Previous experience with inspection, troubleshooting and repair of instruments preferred, Customer service, Meeting repair goals, Self-confidence, Product knowledge, Client relationships, Motivation for improving customer experience, comfortable working safely in or around water.
