Part Time Customer Care Advisor 

The World's leading construction connector manufacturer, are currently looking to recruit a Part-Time Customer Care Advisor to join their Customer Care team.

As a Part Time Customer Care Advisor your working hours would be as follows:-

Monday-Thursday 9:30-3:00 and Friday 9:30-1:00.   

Experience/qualifications

• Genuine passion and experience in providing the highest level of customer service
• Previous order entry experience is essential.
• SAP experience would be advantageous but not essential.
• Able to use multiple systems and multi-task in a fast paced environment and work effectively and remain calm under pressure.
• Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good Excel, Word and Outlook skills

Responsibilities

• To input sales orders received either by phone, fax or via the Area Sales Managers for the relevant territories.
• To handle a large volume of calls whilst delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide basic technical support for customer’s enquiries.
• To promptly resolve customer delivery enquiries this will include liaison with the courier or warehouse where necessary.
• To deal with customer orders and end user enquiries promptly and ensure appropriate action is taken.
