Sales & Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced executive to develop the market through O.E.M, Distribution and direct sales for our range of diaphragm pumps, piston pumps and fluid transfer systems in the United Kingdom & Eire. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience working within the Automotive, Printing and Packaging, Oil & Gas industries and will have studied Mechanical Engineering up to a degree level or equivalent. They should be capable of managing a sales team and delivering sustainable growth.
Duties will include:-
● visiting customers, carrying out installation surveys and discussing any tests in order to gain approval
● preparing quotations
● determine sales strategies and setting achievable targets
● preparing marketing strategies
● overseeing customer accounts
● identifying target customers in the various industries
● training junior staff
● recruitment of staff
