We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Learning and Culture Manager to join our team. Working directly with the VP of Learning and Culture, you will be working in a fast-paced, highly creative and demanding environment where employee development, retention and engagement is key to the growth of the organisation.  

The principal job responsibilities of the Senior Learning and Culture Manager EMEA will be:

  • The creation and deployment of innovative learning solutions, so that our employees  are enabled to complete job specific tasks within our bespoke campaign management systems
  • Adapt learning interventions to regional & local cultural specifications ensuring consistency of global learning outcomes whilst reflecting local nuances
  • Using our internal quality standards, create bespoke learning solutions that leverage your deep understanding of taking a cross-practice approach to clients’ needs
  • Facilitate our bespoke learning solutions that ensure our managerial population can execute their responsibilities within the employee lifecycle and activate our people management principles
  • Ensuring all learning and development interventions meet L&C standards, inclusive of a 70-20-10 and ROI plan
  • Completing regular training content evaluation, training optimization and training performance reporting into the business
  • Supporting regional culture and morale alongside L&C Lead

 

Requirements for the role

The successful candidate must possess all of the following attributes, qualifications and experiences:

  • You will have a deep understanding of the advertising industry having worked operationally within either a client or practice division of an advertising agency.
  • Significant experience in executing the full learning cycle from initial needs analysis, through design, delivery, and training evaluation.
  • A confident manner; you are able to remain externally calm while dealing with difficult situations.
  • You actively demonstrate, and provide a good role model of, the Essential Behaviours and show great potential to instil them in others.

 

Additional/desirable criteria

  • Significant experience in online media will be a distinct advantage.
  • You will possess strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills with extensive experience working in a number of different global contexts; you are cognizant of cultural sensitivities and diverse views.
  • You have experience of, and confidence in, working with senior leadership in different global contexts this would include experience of working with C Suite-level leadership.
