The Locker Group is an industry leader in the design and development, manufacture, fabrication, storage and distribution of wire mesh based products and systems for industrial, offshore and architectural applications whereby we develop solutions for customers worldwide.
The Group wishes to strengthen its senior team by recruiting an experienced qualified accountant initially as Financial Controller with the intention to progress to Finance Director within 12-24 months.
The role involves running a small experienced finance and administration department as well as producing high quality information for the board. The Financial Controller will provide commercial input and support to the CEO and other Locker Group business leaders.
The company’s manufacturing control systems are in need of review and possible upgrade, the new Financial Controller will play a leading role in this process.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA. ACA or ACCA), be commercially astute and be experienced in managing the full annual finance lifecycle within an SME. Experience of effectively managing a finance team and working collaboratively across a business is also required.
