Dental Receptionist

This is a full-time (41.25 hours per week) position with The Dental Implant Clinic - a prestigious private dental practice located on the outskirts of Bath.

Primary role is to support the existing reception team and specific duties will include:

• Dealing with patients on a daily basis
• Answering the telephone
• Responding to emails
• General admin duties

The successful candidate will have the following key attributes:

• Good dental knowledge
• Experience of dental software 
• Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• High standard of personal presentation
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team in a very busy environment
• Willingness to be flexible to aid the smooth running of the practice
