Key Worker Stockport The Prevention Alliance

Salary £19,380 Full time, PRO RATA part time - Fixed term contract to May 2020.

There are two vacancies ranging: 15-37 hours per week to be worked flexibly to meet the requirements of the service

You will be directly employed by Age UK Stockport and will work in partnership with five other Alliance partners to deliver The Prevention Alliance (TPA) service within Stockport.

The Prevention Alliance mission is ‘Creating change together – through the strengths of people and communities’. We work with people to improve their independence and resilience through a person led approach, offering holistic advice, signposting, and dedicated workers to help people achieve positive change.

We enable people to explore and utilise their strengths to build their confidence. We encourage people to develop their own sustainable network of support, whilst sharing their skills and experience to give something back.
Enthusiastic and dedicated you will have a commitment to work as a positive team member within the Alliance. Ideally you will have the experience or the skills required to support a wide range of vulnerable people and households, be a good communicator and an ability to organise and prioritise your own workload is essential.
