Taskmaster are proud to be working with a rapidly expanding organisation that are based in the S25 area of Sheffield that are leading global distributors of electromechanical and wire, cable and harness assembly products.
Due to expansion we are now recruitign for an Internal Sales Executive (European Speaking) to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
(Please note: Due to expansion a new premises has been purchased in the S66 area of Rotherham and they are hoping to be moved in to this building by no later than August 2018. Therefore you must be able to commute to the S25 area initially and then the S66 area moving forward)
Responsibilities:
To have internal sales accountability for a defined, agreed set of customers and to coordinate teh tasks with the relevant outside sales person.
To ensure full communication with all internal departments in respect of the assigned customer accounts
Customer Order Book Management
Delivery Schedule Managament
Customer Communications
Outside Sales person Communications
Prepare , co-ordinate and issue quotes
Maintain CRM System
Travel within the UK and Europe may be required to visit customers.
Qualifications and Experience required:
Foreign Language - Essential - Fluent Speaking - No prefernce regarding language - ALL languages will be considered
Educated to a minimum of GCSE or Equivelant
No experience required as FULL Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
After 6 months your salary increases to 18k per year + commission. Salary reviewed regularly.
Full time: Monday - Friday - 8.00am - 4.30pm
In just 4 years of operating this organisation is having to move premises and is more than doubling their working space. This creates progression opportunities and the company will only continue to grow and expand
