Lettings Negotiator
12-18k basic plus commission
Coventry
My client is a leading high street lettings agent in a great city centre location. They are currently looking for someone to join there busy team due to a successful year.
Key Responsibilities
?? Assist in maximising the overall income and profitability of the branch
?? Maintain contact with clients
?? Completion of success sheets and process tenant applications in accordance with company policy
?? To meet personal targets set and agreed with your Manager
?? To carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manor
?? Undertake front line telephone and face to face sales support when required
Skills
?? Must be highly organised and enthusiastic
?? Team orientated and able to adapt well to new and exciting situations
?? To be punctual and reliable
?? Previous experience is not essential
?? Previous admin/secretarial experience would be advantageous
?? Excellent communication skills
?? Computer literate with experience using Word, Excel,
?? Able to organise self and others
