A really good client of mine has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manger to support with the continued growth of the business.
To be considered for this role you need a minimum of 2 years experience in the following:
- Valuations
- Listings
- Sales Progression
- Team Management (preferable but not essential)
Job Desciptiom
- Managing and training members of staff.
- Arranging meetings/viewings and dealing with enquiries Building raport with clients
- Negotiating sales
- Progressing sales
- Winning new business
- Valuations - Dealing with vendor and buyers queries at every stage of the sale process
- Helping potential buyers and sellers
