Client Relationship Manager

Due to an internal re-structure, an opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager has arisen for our Scotland operations.

This role would suit both experienced Regional/Operations managers and Account Managers looking for their next career step. Previous experience within recruitment is preferred, experience of people management and operational delivery is essential.

Job Purpose:

As a Client Relationship Manager for Stafforce you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our service, maintaining and growing strong client relationships and developing and mentoring your team.

The role:

* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and senior stakeholders within.
* Attract, motivate and retain direct reports, creating a high performance culture.
* Identify Business development opportunities with existing clients and prospective target opportunities.
* Achieve financial objectives, managing and developing teams to deliver to agreed costings.
* Ensure compliance across all areas of responsibility; contractual, process and statutory.
* Promote the highest possible customer service delivery to candidates and clients alike.
* Develop candidate attraction strategies; geographical and client specific.
* Deliver client presentations; reporting on key management information and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate:

* Driven, determined and self-motivated.
* Ability to develop relationships.
* Experience of Negotiation.
* Proven track record within a similar role.
* Previous experience within recruitment would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, able to listen actively.
* Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills, managing priorities to achieve specific deadlines.
* Good standard of general education including Mathematics and English Language.
* Full driving licence.
