Castle Human Resources are recruiting for a HR Advsior with a manufacturing background.
Our client, a highly regarded and well established manufacturing organisation, has an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to partner with the business to provide HR support in all aspects of people resource planning and management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR advice and support to the business, manage recruitment processes and further develop the HR strategy - managing the review, development, consultation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes.
Other responsibilities will include ensuring robust performance management is in place; providing support and advice on a range of HR related issues and advise of associated risk; develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
To be considered for this opportunity you should have a minimum of 3 years HR experience gained in a similar manufacturing / production environment, be CIPD qualified, although this is not essential, and have a solid understanding of current employment law and associated risk and up to date knowledge of latest developments in the HR arena and employment legislation.
Additionally, you will possess a strong background in employee relations, developing policies and procedures, have experience of mentoring managers, experience of delivering HR related training and possess excellent organisational, influencing, communication and negotiation skills.
