Job Role:

The Company is seeking a talented and experienced It Support Engineer to join a small team supporting a network with 80 users and a diverse range of services in a British precision equipment manufacturer, supplying internationally-recognised devices around the world.

As well as providing day-to-day software, hardware and voice support for all onsite and remote employees, you will also have the opportunity to enhance your skill-set and be fully involved in a number of exciting projects including upgrading storage, voice and network.

The Candidate:

You should have excellent customer-facing and phone support skills and a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar role together with:

• Hands-on experience supporting Windows 7/10, Server 2003/2008/2012, Office 2010, Active Directory Admin, Exchange server 2010, Network Printers
• Experience of software imaging and building using WDS, Symantec Ghost software or similar
• Networking skills: TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wireless
• Proven technical, problem solving and troubleshooting ability
• Initiative and a 'can do' attitude
• Full UK driving licence
