Commercial Finance Controller

Commercial Finance Controller - £Competitive Salary – Coventry/West Midlands – Full Time Permanent.

We are advertising for a leading OEM company who are looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Controller. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will  act as the Finance Business Partner with the company’s various key sales channels. The role will involve working closely with key leaders and provide recommendations/solutions on how to maximise the results. 

• Serve as a Business Partner with company’s various brands/segments.
• Provide financial support/analysis and be the focal point of contact for the relevant commercial teams within various brands
• Develop Brand reporting, including creation, analysis and presentation of profitability and pricing analysis.
• Co-ordinate and perform individual profitability and pricing analysis by customer to ensure financial optimisation
• Prepare KPI Reports
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and support budget preparation for relevant departments

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

• Finance Qualifications (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) is an advantage
• Experience in analysing data
• Experience in commercial finance and business partnering within a fast pace environment.  Strong communication and influencing skills – verbal and written with ability to negotiate and build relationships
• Effective presentation skills with comfort around senior management
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects alongside regular deadlines
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative adopting continuous improvement mentality
