Cleaner / Commercial Cleaner / Cleaning Operative

Title: Cleaner

Location: Milton Park

Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Salary: Competitive

Main Duties:

The Company are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join the team and provide a high standard of cleaning for the Company.

• Rubbish collection/changing liners/dispose of waste daily.
• Dust/damp dust/spot wipe daily.
• Vacuum/dustpan daily/spot clean carpet when necessary.
• Toilets to be cleaned to a high standard, wash sinks and floors daily.
• Kitchen area, sinks, surfaces, tables, floor, microwave need to be washed or wiped over daily.
• Empty dishwasher if needed.
• Vacuum from middle landing to front door of reception daily.
• Meeting rooms to be cleaned/vacuumed daily.
• Wipe down hand rail and sides of treads on the stairs in reception area weekly.
• Weekly, high dust filing cabinets/ledges and edges/window sills.
• All shower rooms to be cleaned weekly.
• Mop flooring along Mezz floor weekly.
• Brush/ vacuum backs and seat of chairs weekly/chair legs monthly.
• Fridge checked monthly.
• Toilet rolls and paper towels to be checked and changed when needed.
• Empty shredder as and when needed.
• Clean/polish desks weekly.

Experience

• Experience of working within a domestic and industrial environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
