Customer Scheduler

I am currently seeking a scheduler to join a company that specialise in kitchen designs for chefs that are geared around their menu requirements. You will deal with large chain restaurants and care homes.

Ideally you will have a scheduling background and have experience in day to day management of engineer`s diaries, ensuring they have enough work in their diaries to fit in a day. You will be expected to add in emergency bookings if something came in, so ensuring they are leaving enough time between appointments.

You role will be responsible for dealing with all inbound enquires from customers, all b2b. You will be working in the service department and will take enquires about from companies about broken hobs, cookers, freezers ect.

You will also deal with any costing / an invoice enquires and update portals for approval.

The right candidate for this role must be calm, able to work under pressure and able to deal with upset customers.

The salary for this role is paying 19- 22k. There are the options to work overtime and weekends at a higher rate. A shift pattern of either 08:00 to 17:00 OR 09:00 to 17:30 and free parking.
