Are you a care assistant looking for an exciting new role? Looking to challenge yourself and expand your skill set? We are currently recruiting for a client of ours that are looking for energetic care assistants to provide help in a fantastically equipped residential village.
While in the village you will spend time doing visits with residents, helping them with any needs they might have. These can range from assisting with duties in their apartments like cooking and cleaning or supporting with all aspects of personal care such as washing, getting dressed, helping with toilet needs. During the other time you may be required to help assist residents getting to and from on site activities or appointments.
The village has a restaurant, coffee shop, hairdressing salon, shop, woodworking room, snooker room, library, greenhouse plus more! There is a gym, including spa that is fully accessible to all. There is a Well Being service on site to provide health information and support. Working here gives you the opportunity to keep the residents spirits high and promote social activities and general happiness.
For this role you must have manual handling training and an up-to-date DBS, BS Social Care can help with the process of getting a new one if required.
