International Sales Manager
Home Based (with up to 50% of your role travelling throughout Western Europe)

Due to ongoing growth, we are now looking for an International Sales Manager to lead one of our key sales divisions and support our continued global expansion plan.

The Role: 

As the International Sales Manager, you will maximise sales of our luxury watches throughout Western Europe. 

In this key role, you will build partnerships with the top distributors and retail partners in your territory and ensure sales targets are achieved. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Achieve sales goals set with distribution partners who support our international sales and corporate strategies 
- Establish channel strategies and provide customers with product, sale, service and marketing guidance 
- Create and implement territory and key account/distributor plans 
- Motivate distribution partners to maximise profitability 
- Develop and execute channel segmentation initiatives
- Work with channel partners and our Marketing Department to create promotions and marketing initiatives 
- Keep abreast of social, cultural and economic issues that may impact business in your territory 

About You:

To join us as an International Sales Manager, you’ll need: 

- Extensive international sales experience and a track record of working with worldwide brands, ideally watches 
- Proven experience of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- A track record of liaising with high-performing cross-functional teams within a matrix structure 
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, as well as an appreciation and understanding of other Western European cultures

Fluency in a second language, in addition to English, would be beneficial to your application.

Due to the travel requirements of this role, the successful candidate will need to be based within a commutable distance of a major international airport.
