LOCATION: Preston
JOB TITLE: Senior Marketing Executive
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive, depending on experience
WORKING HOURS: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9-5pm
This role does include a limited amount of days/nights away to attend agriculture shows (3-5 days over the course of a year).
THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading media and information business covering the global agribusiness sector. Their brands deliver premium news, analysis, data, pricing, insight and market intelligence. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team in Preston.
THE ROLE: The successful applicant will produce and deliver tactical marketing communication activities and be responsible for the delivery of a sales lead management process.
Key responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Executive role is to include:-
• Lead management - analysing customer and prospect data to ascertain new canvassing advertising opportunities
• Developing a scoring system for sales leads
• Producing print and online commercial marketing collateral, targeting existing and potential advertisers with timely and seasonal farming
• Suggest the correct on and offline channels to use for campaigns and make a 'picklist' of the most appropriate channels to use per campaign
• Measuring the success of marketing campaigns
THE CANDIDATE: The successful applicant for the Senior Marketing Executive will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have superb attention to detail and focus on quality and be a strong team player. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Preston.
Key skills and experience for the Senior Marketing Executive role:-
• A minimum of 4 years marketing experience
• Understand digital customer journeys and good UX
• Great with Excel and data - you need to know how to manage and understand data
• Email marketing experience
• Pay Per Click experience is desired, with a background in either driving sales or generating leads
