* Auto CAD and design work

* Tendering for projects
* Contract administration
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will receive full professional exposure including dilapidations on behalf of the landlord and tenant, party wall matters and surveys
The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor
* 12+ months industry experience
* Experience running projects and writing specifications
* MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
