Salary: £11.37 / hr.
Job Elements: -
·To provide support to the users in their area. Address day-to-day queries, technical issues, training requirements and co-ordinate addition of new suppliers on the system. Provide administration support for associated Finance data entry.
·Is the local point of contact for Purchasing change requests, and coordinates the completion of the changes, for example: -
o Set up new, modify existing approval routes, and cost centres.
o Set up new and modify user roles (via Service Desk/IT Department).
o Co-ordinate new supplier requests and support the associated process.
·Act as departmental travel co-ordinator and assume general departmental administration responsibilities as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
·Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data entry.
·Well-developed planning and organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Experience of working in a multinational environment.
·Intermediate level proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
·Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or ideally JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1))
