Recruitment Resourcer
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
TurnerFox Recruitment are currently recruiting for a resourcer to join an established team, We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is looking to either develop their existing or start a new career within commercial recruitment. Working within a fun, friendly, highly driven and successful team no one day will be the same.
Duties will include:
* Reviewing CVs
* Speaking to candidates to assess suitability for roles
* Book candidates in a conducting face to face interviews
* Conducting CV searches and advertising new positions
* Enter confidential candidate information on to database ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
* Producing CV's for clients
* Ad-hoc interview and placement administration such as interview confirmations and offer letters
Applicants should have:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* The ability to build successful candidate and client relationships
* Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work under pressure
* Previous experience within recruitment would be a distinct advantage
