HR Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their rapidly growing energy supply business headquarters in Brighton.

This is a leading role in a fast-paced environment at the forefront of the exciting and rapidly evolving UK energy supply industry

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations casework: performance reviews/appraisals, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, redundancies, entrance, on-boarding and exit interviews etc.
• Advise managers on issues around employment law and best practices
• Administer payroll and payroll records and liaise with the financial team regarding any changes
• Manage talent and succession planning
• Supporting the recruitment process - arranging and taking part in interviews, liaising with third party supply companies and hiring managers
• Monitoring and reviewing HR policies to ensure the continuous alignment with employment law and ensuring best practice
• Driving alignment between HR and business goals
• Support change management processes
