Excellent opportunity to join a leading financial organisation based in the centre of Redhill as a Customer Service Advisior. This is initially offered on a 6 month fixed term contract however if you impress then there is the potential to become permanent.

You will be based in a established team of around 40 Customer Service Advisors and your primary focus will be to provide the highest level of customer service to customers in a call centre environment. You will be provided with a comprehensive training programme where you will learn the company`s bespoke system and gain extensive knowledge of all financial products.
We are keen to speak to candidates with previous call centre experience plus have excellent communication and IT skills. You must also have a minimum of grade C in English and Maths GCSE and not have any outstanding CCJ`s or bankruptcy`s.
This role offers and annual salary of £16,500 plus bonus and excellent benefits. The shift pattern is below:
Week 1 (27 hours)
8am - 2:00pm Monday to Friday with a half hour break
Week 2 (32 hours)
1:15pm - 6 Monday to Friday with no break
9am - 2pm Saturday with no break
Week 3 (40 hours)
8 - 5 Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break
Week 4 (40 hours)
9 - 6 Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break
Average weekly hours over a 4 week period equate to 35
