Client Service Executive

Client Service Executive, West London, £18000 - £25000 + BENEFITS

Purpose:

• Manage day2day relationships of clients and be their first point of contact
• Manage associated budgets, draft and enforce delivery schedules and produce support documentation.
• Support the Account Director in the profitable operation and running of client accounts. Work with Account Team and clients on various projects
• Ensure profitable expansion and development of client business.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work across a number of platforms including Print, Digital, Online, Social and Video to generate leads
• Uphold and develop existing client relationships and strengthening new relationships
• Be the first point of contact for clients and ensuring their requirements are met
• Ensure own projects are counter-proofed by another member of the team before supply to client/printer
• Author HTML documents for digital deliveries, where necessary, using Dreamweaver application and Content Management Systems
• Assist with photocopying, admin tasks, collation of printed materials and competition admin on request

Requirements:

• An understanding and appreciation of how the channel marketing model works for IT companies
• In general IT - hardware and software marketing experience
• Social media as a lead generation
• Must have minimum 3 years experience working agency side
• Must have channel marketing experience
• Degree: 2:1+ preferably in business / marketing
• Skills: HTML documents, Dreamweaver application and Content Management Systems
• Personality: Enthusiastic, organised, social and challenge driven team player.
