Purpose:
- Manage day2day relationships of clients and be their first point of contact
- Manage lead generations, project estimates, budgets, draft and enforce delivery schedule and produce support documentations.
- Ensure profitable expansion and development of client business.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work across a number of platforms including Print, Digital, Online, Social and Video to generate leads
- Uphold and develop existing client relationships and strengthening new relationships
- Be the first point of contact for clients and ensuring their requirements are met
- Handle client's time management and project delivery schedules
- Identify new project opportunities with clients
- Source quotes and samples from suppliers
- Ensure successful rising of POs through 3rd party procurement company
- Budget tracking and management of large quarterly credit retainers
- Monthly invoicing and job bag management
- Ensure projects are delivered to budget, deadline, brief and key KPIs
- Confidently brief copywriters, digital programmers, designers, printers, journalists and other third-party suppliers
Requirements:
- An understanding and appreciation of how the channel marketing model works for IT companies
- In general IT - hardware and software marketing experience
- Social media as a lead generation
- Must have minimum 3 years experience working agency side
- Must have channel marketing experience
- Degree: 2:1+ preferably in business / marketing
- Skills: Print, Digital, Online, Social and Video, Microsoft Package, Balsamiq, Web principles, Channel marketing and co‐marketing. Sales processes, sales incentive schemes and Google Analytics.
- Personality: Creative and strategic in nature, self-motivated and challenge driven team player.
