Are you a Production Team Leader looking for a fantastic opportunity within a Manufacturing environment?
Do you have proven experience managing a busy workforce?

Our client is looking for a Production Team Leader on a temporary, ongoing basis. This will be working in a fast paced manufacturing environment therefore experience within manufacturing is essential.
You will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of Lean Manufacturing and the importance of streamlining processes to be more cost effective.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the desire to motivate your workforce to the best of their ability.
Working rotating shifts on either 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm with a 10% shift allowance.
In return for your commitment, our client offers free parking, canteen facilities & and salary of £25k to £27k (dependent on experience).
