The IT Team based in Leeds City Centre is looking to expand and develop its team due to increasing service levels and specific projects resulting in long term temporary assignments with the potential being permanent.

Due to the nature of this role the duties and responsibilities can change however they will include:

Dealing with a variety of enquiries initially by live chat or email then telephone based in a busy high impact call centre environment

Requirements

You must have great customer service work experience and have be a team player

Be passionate about IT and have some exposure in this area, experience or qualifications

Excellent communicator both orally and written

Due to the time taken to train you for the position you must be committed to the role for a minimum of 12 months
