Ground Worker / Jetter

Our client is an independent housing company providing more than 9,000 quality affordable homes within the Trafford area of Manchester. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Ground Worker to work within the Property Services team.  The main responsibilities of the role are:

• To carry out all aspects of groundwork/jetting, bricklaying and plumbing, ensuring health and safety is paramount
• To carry out all works associated with jetting drains to relevant guidelines
• Update in real time using the iPad
• Carry out all multi-skilling tasks related to the role
• Responsible for any customer queries or issues relevant to the roll
• To be responsible for and monitor own van stock levels and replenishments

They are looking for individuals with demonstrable ground work experience within a similar role. Experience of jetting is preferred but not essential as training will be given. A good knowledge of an associated trade such as plumbing and/or bricklaying is also required.
