Residential Support Worker
Carmarthen
Up to £18,500 per annum plus sleep in allowances (£22,820 OTE)
I am currently recruiting for an established provider of residential care for children and young people who are in the looked after system. The company is undergoing a period of expansion so have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Support Worker to join their friendly team.
As a Residential Support Worker you will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to young people who may have emotional and behavioural problems.
Ideally you will hold QCF 3 / NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care - Children and Young People. A driving licence will be essential to be considered for this role.
The salary starts from £17,500 with sleep in allowances, further training and development within the company.
