Our client is a next generation specialist diamond jeweller that boasts unrivalled access to over 70% of the world’s diamonds. Their accolades include the 2017 Professional Jeweller Award and 2017 Online Retailer of the Year. Now, they are looking for a Web Designer to join their team.

As a Web Designer, you will design responsive web pages in-line with briefs, ensuring they are accessible, visually engaging and easy to use. 

In this key role, you will: 

- Manage and mentor the Junior Designer 
- Help the Head of Digital and Creative Partners to develop the wider brand 
- Take responsibility for web pages, wireframes, layouts and direction 
- Methodically improve UX through customer journey mapping and conversion optimisation 
- Design web assets, including those for affiliate websites 
- Develop the creative calendar 
- Support site testing activities 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Design aesthetic experience 
- Experience of managing and developing junior staff 
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 
- A portfolio showcasing your work 

Imaginative and highly creative, as a Web Designer, you’ll be self-motivated and eager to develop new skills. You’ll also have a great eye for detail, a passion for perfection and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
