Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Admin Supervisor, to join their busy team in the South Lakes. The successful candidate will work closely with both the Sales Manager and Transaction Manager to support the department in achieving their objectives, with scope to make suggestions and improvements relating to the current administration processes in place.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for ensuring the Sales Admin team provide an excellent and accurate support service at all times, and will coordinate and review the administration work carried out.
The ideal person for this role will be highly organised, have attention to detail, understand the importance of outstanding customer service, possess excellent computer skills and have the capacity to remain calm and composed at all times. Previous experience working in a varied administrative role is essential, and experience coordinating the work of a small team and working in the motor vehicle industry is highly desirable.
For the right candidate our client will provide an attractive remuneration package, including a company car. Other benefits for this role include a full uniform, life assurance and company pension scheme.
