Warehouse Team Member
Job Summary
£8.95 per hour after 3 months training, plus 5% bonus, pension & subsidised café
40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 days
We have a number of opportunities for people to join the Goods In and Despatch team at our stunning new Food Production Campus on the site of the old Dulcote Quarry near Wells.
Your role will involve receiving ingredients from our suppliers, checking they meet our exacting standards and transferring them into the kitchens ready for the team to make our delicious food. You’ll also be collating our finished dishes into crates ready to despatch to our customers.
Because it’s important that we keep our food as fresh as possible the working area is chilled (but we’ll keep you lovely and warm with fleeces, hats and gloves). Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment isn’t necessary as we’ll give you all the training you need, which could include learning how to operate a counterbalance or reach truck.
