We are currently working with a stunning 4* venue in Sutton Coldfield that has been awarded 'England's Leading Resort' for three consecutive years who have a new exciting opportunity that has become available for an experienced Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager.

The main duties for the Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager will be

- Assisting the Meeting & Events Manager with a hands on approach to the running of the functions and events whilst enhancing the guest experience
- To assist with managing, training and developing a large team
- Working closely with event organisers and VIPS to deliver their expectations to the highest standard
- Maintaining operation standards
- Liaise with other heads of departments in order to deliver exactly what the client wants
- Complaint handling, making every effort to resolve these with minimal inconvenience

The ideal candidate for this Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager MUST have similar experience delivering high levels of customer service and managing a team within a hotel, ideally 4*. You should be flexible with working hours, being able to work 45 hours a week, on any day. As an Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, will be passionate and enthusiastic and willing to get stuck in and make a difference.
