bpha is a dynamic and ambitious 18,000 unit Housing Association based in Bedford and operating throughout the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor. The organisation employs 400 people, has an annual turnover in excess of £120m and a development programme that will see it build around 3,000 new homes over the next five years making it one of the top 25 of developing associations.

We are seeking three experienced proactive individuals to join our Sales Progression team on a permanent and temporary basis. We are looking for candidates who have strong property and customer service skills along with being able to confidently demonstrate effective negotiation and communication expertise.

In this key role you will be responsible for a seamless service for the day to day progression of both bpha’s and our agency clients new homes sales (including older person’s schemes) through to a successful exchange of contracts and completion.

Office based you will provide a first class service and go above and beyond to deliver the progression of sales efficiency. Your duties will also include liaising with purchasers, solicitors and conveyancers, financial organisations and brokers. You need to be able to multitask, be reactive and have a thorough methodical approach to prioritising workload.

Experience in a sales environment such as estate agency, new homes sales or a housing association and knowledge of Low Cost Home Ownership schemes is essential.
