About the role

Here at Bath Spa we have several coffee shops and restaurants based over 4 different campuses. The role is to support the Head chef with the running of the University Kitchens and counter service, assisting with menu planning and achieving food cost targets. The position will be primarily based at the Newton Park campus. Our hospitality and event business is growing each year. We are looking for an experienced sous chef to join the existing team to help take our business forward.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic chef with experience in high volume catering establishments. We would like someone who has a passion for food and the hospitality industry. We need a calm, confident individual who has a flexible approach to work. Excellent service delivery and customer service skills are essential.
