On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Business Reqs, Design and Delivery
for a 3 month contract based in Worthing.
The role
Overall leadership of a programme's business/operational requirements (assessment) and business design work
* Complete the assessment of the functionality on the critical path to completing client and shareholder migration
* Accountable for all business/operational assessment artefacts (including as-is and to-be process maps, business requirement documents, business rules, etc.)
* Accountable for all business/operational delivery artefacts (target operating model, transition business processes, training materials, etc.)
* Support for the development, test and business change teams through the delivery lifecycle
Responsible for the end to end delivery of the scope, plan, costs and resources for each work package throughout its lifecycle
* Collaborates with the subject matter experts in each area that are involved in their respective areas of expertise: i.e. high level design, detailed design and build, test and service transition
* Management, oversight and delivery of all defined project responsibilities within scope of the work package
* Line or matrix management responsibilities for all staff allocated to the programme within the work package
* Responsibility for build and maintenance of the relevant elements of the work package plan
* Ensure that programme has a clear and unambiguous view of project status, schedule, controls and deliveries, and that where issues or risks are identified, these are brought to programme governance to ensure clarity and agree actions / plans etc.
* Responsibility for ongoing delivery of dependencies within scope of the work package plan including any plan delivery aspects, risks and issues
* Manage the delivery of status & update reporting from the work package in line with reporting timescales and to expected quality criteria
* Assure the quality of the work package status, R&I, Dependencies and Plan reporting, ensuring that deficiencies against agreed quality criteria are identified and resolved
