We currently have opportunities for 4 Multi Skilled Operatives (Voids) to join our Regional Void Hub in Dartford; covering Kent, South London and, occasionally, Essex.
You will be responsible for undertaking decorating, plumbing, carpentry, plaster repairs and any other works required in a void property. There may also be an additional need to undertake larger small works projects as required. You will also be carrying out pre-post inspections.
In addition, you will submit presentable and accurate paperwork which includes PDA data base information coupled with using SOR and descriptive works, in order to cost works which are being completed.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous experience in Carpentry, Plumbing, Wet Trades and Brick/Block work. Ideally candidates will hold a Trade qualification, however this is not essential.
With strong time management skills, the Multi Skilled Operative (Voids) will have experience of preparing all paperwork including timesheets, accurate descriptions of work carried out, estimating repair requirements, trades alongside job coding and costing. Moreover, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the ability to succeed. Successful Operatives will also be added to the branch out of hours rota.
Candidates for this role must hold a full valid UK driving licence
