We are looking for a new consultant to join our office in Leicester to grow our already growing business.

You will have a background working within target driven sales, ideally business to business and have a resilient, inquisitive nature, recruitment experience is not essential

You will have the right attitude and lots of determination to be a success and a hunger to chase the sale, close the deal and win lots of new business, we will show you how to do the rest.

By contacting new businesses and chasing leads to identify new recruitment opportunities this will enable you to grow your desk and build successful relationships with clients.

We offer a complete 360 recruitment service from following up hot leads from applicants, chasing jobs, interviewing candidates and being able to negotiate and then close the deal.

Whilst this is an office based role you will be expected to go out and meet with clients to develop the relationships and identify new businesses moving to the area that would be a potential user therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

Excellent communication skills, both written & oral are essential as you will be meeting clients and interviewing candidates for current and potential roles.

With a flexible outlook, it is imperative that you have an inquisitive & entrepreneurial nature and thrive in a fast-paced environment and working to and achieving targets.

Full driving licence essential
