Graduate/Junior Planner

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Planner to kick start their career in Planning - giving the opportunity to manage your own caseload of applications, whilst earning hourly rates equivalent to GBP20,000 - GBP35,000 per.

This is an urgent requirement for a Graduate or Junior Planner on an initial 3 month contract, that will likely extend.

Applicants should have an education in Town Planning; holding a degree and/or MSc in a relevant Planning discipline.

This role will require the successful candidate to undertake validations work alongside their own caseload of householder applications.

Applicants with some experience, especially within a public sector organisation will be of particular interest, but our client is happy to take someone without any hands on experience and will be happy to guide the successful candidate, providing they are willing and able to learn quickly.

It is essential that applicants have their own car, although site visit mileage will be paid at a rate of 45p per mile.

This is an urgent requirement and interviews will be held as soon as suitable candidates are available to them.

Rates for this role will range between GBP12 and GBP20/h depending on experience.
