We are seeking a fantastic customer service advisor to fill a full time temporary to permanent position. Ideally, the customer service advisor will have experience in a people focused environment such as a contact centre.
The successful candidate would be dealing with customer issues, resolving complaints, dealing with investigations and escalating if needed. This would be done over the phone.
The ideal candidate must be understanding, good at problem solving, pay attention to detail and have great customer service.
